Orders
You can email us at support@refinedsociety.store where our customer service team will be happy to help you with whatever you need!
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.
If the item you desire is sold out, you have the option to click on the "Not in Stock" button below the purchase button and provide your email address .This way, you can join the waitlist for this item. If the item becomes available again, you will receive an automatic notification via email.

We want to ensure you receive a flawless and high-quality product. Please send an email to our customer support at support@refinedsociety.store, please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
Our shipping time is 2-4 business days.
We strive to meet shipping times, but in some cases, especially after collection drops, there may be delays.
Returns
Please note that we can only accept unused items in the original packaging. Make sure not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must show no signs of use.
Please do not send the product back to us without postage and uninsured! The customer bears the return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please request a return receipt and keep it safe to prove your return in case of loss.
If your product has defects or faults, we appreciate a note describing them as accurately as possible. Your return will be processed accordingly upon arrival at our logistics center.
Once we have processed your return and the refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation from us. We will refund the purchase amount to the payment method used for your original order. The statutory processing time is up to 14 business days.
